The Admission Process.
Admission to Life Essence Academy is specifically available for students entering basic seven (7), also referred to as Junior Secondary School 1 (JSS 1). Please note that we do not accept applications for admission into other grade levels.
The parent or guardian of an interested applicant should either visit the academy to collect a hard copy of our Application for Admission Form or complete the form online here.
Online Application Form
To ensure prompt processing, review of applications, and timely admission decisions, please ensure that your child’s application is complete before submission. This includes all required documents and the application fee.
Only complete applications will be considered for admission. If any required documents are missing, the application will be classified as incomplete and will not be processed until all necessary documents are received.
Additionally, applications will not be processed until the application fee has been paid and confirmed by Life Essence Academy’s business office.

Upon review of the application and the required documents, the applicant is invited for an assessment.
The entrance assessment will encompass a range of evaluations designed to gauge fundamental competencies. These will include assessments in essential skills such as basic mathematics, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, spelling accuracy, and written expression abilities. To qualify for admission, students are expected to demonstrate proficiency by scoring at or above the established grade level in each of these critical areas.
It’s important to understand that Life Essence Academy does not administer a standardized entrance examination scheduled for a specific date. Instead, the admission process operates on a priority basis, adhering to a first-come, first-served policy. This means that interested applicants are highly encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible. Once the class reaches full capacity, admissions will close, so taking prompt action is crucial for those wishing to secure a place.
